Returns Eligibility

At Juttiluxe, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, discounted, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us with your order number, product images, and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of size issues, subject to product availability. Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
